June Silent Book Club
Longer evenings, good book, neighbors at Watershed. Third Sunday.
Every month we take over a corner of Watershed Pub & Kitchen for Silent Book Club, and June is no exception. The format is simple: show up, say hello, then read whatever you want for an hour.
Bring anything you're into — a novel, graphic novel, Kindle, audiobook, magazine, whatever's on your nightstand right now. There's no theme, no discussion, and no pressure to have opinions. Just an hour of quiet reading among neighbors.
We socialize for about 30 minutes before the reading and another 30 minutes after, so there's plenty of time to catch up or meet someone new. Watershed's full food and drink menu is available, with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options.
Kids are welcome to come read too.
Silent Book Club is a free, low-key gathering hosted by MLCC and supported by Seattle Credit Union and Watershed Pub & Kitchen. Come as you are, stay as long as you like.
